Description

Developing Minox film usually fails due to accessories: standard reels don’t hold the narrow 9.2mm strip. This reel closes the gap: you can develop 8x11 film in your existing daylight development tank.

The reel slides onto the central spindle of your tank, secures the film, and ensures even chemical flow. The chemical-resistant design withstands contact with developer and fixer. Besides Paterson, AP, and Jobo (Series 1500), the reel also fits the central spindle of Kaiser tanks. Manufactured in-house in Germany.

Practical tip

Cut the corners of the film strip at a 45-degree angle before loading it onto the reel. This helps the film slide in smoothly and prevents jamming.
