Description

You can hardly find a developing reel for 8x11 film anymore: standard reels cannot hold the narrow 9.2mm strip from your Minox. This reel fills the gap: use it to develop 8x11 film in your existing daylight development tank.

The reel slides onto the central spindle of your tank, secures the film, and ensures even circulation of the chemicals. Its chemical-resistant construction withstands contact with developer and fixer. In addition to Paterson, AP, and Jobo (1500 Series), the reel also fits the central spindle of Kaiser tanks. Manufactured in our own production facility in Germany.

Practical tip

Cut the corners of the film strip at a 45-degree angle before inserting it into the reel. This allows the film to slide in more smoothly and prevents it from getting caught.
