All our products are Made to Order: each item is made fresh for you and sent out on the next shipping day.

• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• Shipping days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 4:00 PM
• Order deadline: 1:00 PM. Orders after this time ship the next shipping day

Example: Order on Monday at 2 PM -> Shipping on Wednesday at 4 PM.

For shipping to the USA, the price depends on the order value: up to 39.99 EUR, shipping costs 36.90 EUR, from 40.00 to 99.99 EUR it is 42.90 EUR, from 100.00 to 199.99 EUR 54.90 EUR and from 200.00 EUR 64.90 EUR. All US customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping price, so you pay nothing extra on delivery. If you pay in US dollars, the equivalent at the current exchange rate applies.

Shipment tracking

Parcels get a tracking number, which we email to you automatically on the shipping day. Large letters have no real tracking.

Important: For all non-EU destinations (except USA, where we ship DDP), the buyer pays import duties, local taxes, and carrier fees upon delivery. These charges are set by customs authorities and the delivery service and are beyond our control. Exceptions within the EU: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Livigno, Campione d’Italia and Büsingen are not part of the EU VAT area. Import taxes and fees may be charged there on delivery and are paid by the recipient. We do not ship to Åland or the French overseas territories.

We always declare the correct value on customs forms.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We make all items fresh to order. Processing time: 1-2 business days. Shipping takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4 p.m.

How can I track my order?

On the shipping day you automatically get a shipping confirmation by email, with a tracking number for parcels. Tracking: dhl.de/tracking.

My tracking is not updating. Is my order lost?

Deutsche Post large letters show few or no tracking events on the way, and Warenpost to other countries often shows no new ones for days. This is normal: your order is on its way. If it has not arrived within these times after dispatch, contact us: Germany 1 week, Europe 2 weeks, Canada and Asia 3 weeks, USA, Australia and New Zealand 4 weeks, other countries 6 weeks.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 30-day return policy. For defects, a photo is sufficient as proof. Contact us beforehand so we can give you instructions.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, to all countries in the Shipping costs table above, where you can also find the prices. Delivery times can be found in the table below it.
