Cancellation policy

Ausgeknipst (Shenker Vladislav und Fragasso Antonio GbR) does not offer any subscriptions, recurring payments or instalment or financing contracts in the online shop. All purchases are one-off purchases.
Should a purchase option with recurring billing (e.g. pre-order, try-before-you-buy, subscription) exceptionally be offered in individual promotions or offers, the following applies:
- Right of cancellation: You can end such a purchase option at any time before the next billing without giving any reason. There is no minimum term.
- How to cancel: By e-mail to info@ausgeknipst.de or via the contact form on the contact page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payments already charged: Amounts already charged for the current billing period will not be refunded on a pro rata basis if the associated service or goods have already been provided. Goods already paid for at the time of cancellation will be delivered as normal.
- Right of withdrawal: Your statutory right of withdrawal for consumers under EU distance selling law remains unaffected. You will find details in our instructions on withdrawal.
