General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and traders.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity. A trader is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal personality who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

The following applies to traders: If the trader uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, we hereby object to their validity; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to this.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of the contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with Shenker Vladislav und Fragasso Antonio GbR.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping basket by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a further confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contract language, storage of the contract text

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery conditions

Delivery options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the ordering process.

We deliver by dispatch only. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods in person.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory value added tax.

5.2 Payment methods

The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop.

Credit card
In the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

Apple Pay
To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

Google Pay
To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Unless otherwise provided below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information is provided with the respective payment option and in the ordering process.

Purchase on account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice. Payment by invoice can only be used by consumers.

Klarna may offer registered Klarna customers selected according to its own criteria further payment terms in their customer account. However, we have no influence on whether these terms are offered; further individually offered payment terms concern your legal relationship with Klarna. You will find further information on this in your Klarna account.

Instalment purchase via Klarna
You can pay the invoice amount in up to 36 monthly instalments. A down payment may be required for some orders. The due dates are determined by Klarna's payment schedule. The payment method Instalment purchase via Klarna can only be used by consumers.

Klarna may offer registered Klarna customers selected according to its own criteria further payment terms in their customer account (e.g. interest-free instalment plans). However, we have no influence on whether these terms are offered; further individually offered payment terms concern your legal relationship with Klarna. PayPal
To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria further payment terms in their customer account. However, we have no influence on whether these terms are offered; further individually offered payment terms concern your legal relationship with PayPal. You will find further information on this in your PayPal account.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the instructions on withdrawal. Traders are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.

7. Transport damage

The following applies to consumers: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent immediately if possible and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

The following applies to traders: The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have handed over the goods to the forwarding agent, the carrier or any other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment.

8. Warranty and guarantees

Liability for defects

The statutory law on liability for defects applies.

Information for consumers

In the case of the purchase of goods, the warranty rights have a minimum duration of two years. With regard to warranty rights for goods, please also note the harmonised notice pursuant to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 (known as the warranty label). Guarantees and customer service

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their precise conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.

9. Dispute resolution

We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer dispute resolution body.

10. Final provisions

If you are a trader, German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
