Bestellen & Pay

Kann ich auch mit Kreditkarte, Paypal oder Nachname etc. zahlen?

We have chosen the payment methods that are most frequently and preferred by our customers, and offer payment via Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Amazon Pay, and Klarna with instant bank transfer, invoice, and installment payment options.

Payment in advance, cash on delivery, or by invoice is unfortunately not possible.

Kann ich meine Bestellung nachträglich stornieren?

We usually process orders very promptly after receipt. If you want to cancel an order immediately after placing it, please contact us right away via our contact form. We will then check whether cancellation is still possible, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been shipped. After shipping, our 30-day return policy applies.

Will I get my money back if something is wrong with my order?

If you make use of your 30-day return policy, we will refund the purchase price as soon as the returned goods have arrived and been inspected. If a product unexpectedly has defects, please contact us (ideally with a photo of the defect). We will then promptly find a solution, either through a replacement delivery or a refund.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products not only within Germany, but also to all EU countries as well as many other countries worldwide, including the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Australia. You can find a detailed overview of shipping destinations and costs on our shipping information page.

How long does the shipping take?

Within Germany: Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days. Shipping within Germany is free of charge for you. We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

EU countries: Delivery takes approximately 4-10 days.

Other international destinations: Depending on the destination country, delivery may take between 8 and 24 days. Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply, which you will need to cover yourself.

Bietet ihr eine Sendungsverfolgung an?

Orders shipped as DHL parcels (typically larger orders) automatically receive a tracking number. Smaller shipments sent as large letters have simplified tracking with fewer updates. You will automatically receive the tracking number by email as soon as the shipping label has been printed.

Please note that tracking is not always accurate (this is unfortunately due to the postal service and not us). If the tracking status does not change for a long time, it is usually due to faulty tracking. In 99% of cases, the package still arrives safely.

Delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible; please provide your complete Packstation address including your post number.

Kann ich meine Bestellung zurücksenden?

Yes, you have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product or change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. We will refund you the full purchase price. For returns within Germany, we are happy to provide you with a free return label upon request. Please contact us for this.

Can I purchase as a retailer at discounted terms?

Yes, we are happy to cooperate with retailers worldwide. Please leave your specific request with product & quantity in our contact form. We are also happy to send you free samples.

Do you also make custom products or offer modifications?

Yes, the development of special and unique products is a core part of our offering. Since we design and manufacture many items ourselves, individual customizations or special orders are often possible. If you have specific requirements or need a particular item that you can't find in our shop, feel free to contact us. We will check the feasibility and have already fulfilled numerous individual customer requests.

We are very happy to collaborate with all photography enthusiasts worldwide. Whether you have a blog, YouTube channel, or Instagram account with x followers. Write to us with a link to your socials and the desired product, and we will provide you with a free sample to test.

Aus what material are the products made?

Most of our self-developed products are manufactured using 3D printing from PLA (polylactic acid). PLA is a bioplastic made from renewable raw materials such as corn starch and is biodegradable under industrial conditions. To enhance the functionality of our plastic parts, we also use standard components such as springs, screws & contacts. This allows us to produce custom and cost-effective parts in very small quantities that would otherwise not be available on the market.
