Order & Payment

Can I also pay with credit card, Paypal, or cash on delivery, etc.?

We have chosen the payment methods that are most frequently and most preferred by our customers, and offer payment via Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Amazon Pay, and Klarna via instant bank transfer, invoice, and installment payment.

Payment in advance, cash on delivery, or on account is unfortunately not possible.

Can I cancel my order afterwards?

We usually process orders very promptly after receipt. If you want to cancel an order immediately after sending it, please contact us immediately via our contact form. We will then check whether a cancellation is still possible, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been shipped. After shipping, our 30-day return policy applies.

Do I get my money back if something is wrong with my order?

If you make use of your 30-day return policy, we will refund you the purchase price as soon as the returned goods have arrived and been inspected. If a product unexpectedly has defects, please contact us (ideally with a photo of the defect). We will then promptly find a solution, either through replacement delivery or refund.

Shipping and Returns

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes, we ship our products not only within Germany but also to all EU countries as well as many other countries worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Switzerland, and Australia. You can find a detailed overview of the shipping destinations and costs on our shipping information page.

How long does the shipping take?

Within Germany: The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days. Shipping within Germany is free for you. We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

EU countries: The delivery time is approximately 4-10 days.

Other international destinations: Depending on the destination country, delivery can take between 8 and 24 days. Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply, which you must bear yourself.

Do you offer shipment tracking?

Orders shipped as DHL Paket (typically larger orders) automatically receive a tracking number. Smaller shipments sent as large letters have simplified tracking with fewer updates. You will automatically receive the tracking number by email as soon as the shipping label has been printed.

Please note that the tracking is not always accurate (unfortunately, this is due to the postal service and not us). If the shipment status doesn't change for a long time, it is usually due to faulty tracking. In 99% of cases, the package still arrives safely.

Delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible; please provide your complete Packstation address including your post number.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product or change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. We will refund you the full purchase price. For returns within Germany, we are happy to provide you with a free return label upon request. Please contact us for this.

Can I buy at discounted conditions as a dealer?

Yes, we are happy to cooperate with dealers worldwide. Feel free to leave your specific request with product & quantity in our contact form. We are also happy to send you free samples.

Do you also make custom products or offer adjustments?

Yes, the development of special and unique products is a core part of our offering. Since we design and manufacture many items ourselves, individual customizations or special productions are often possible. If you have specific requirements or need a particular part that you can't find in our shop, feel free to contact us. We will check the feasibility and have already implemented numerous individual customer requests.

I have a blog, YouTube channel, or Instagram account & want to review one of your products.

We are very happy to cooperate with all photo enthusiasts worldwide. It doesn't matter if you have a blog, YouTube channel, or Instagram account with x followers. Write to us with a link to your socials and the desired product, and we will provide you with a free sample to test.

What material are the products made of?

Most of our self-developed products are made using 3D printing from PLA (polylactide). PLA is a bioplastic made from renewable raw materials such as corn starch and is biodegradable under industrial conditions. To expand the functionality of our plastic parts, we also use standard components such as springs, screws & contacts. This allows us to manufacture parts individually and cost-effectively in very small quantities, which otherwise would not be available on the market at all.
