Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after one month from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ausgeknipst: Shenker / Fragasso, Grombühlstr. 11 B, 97080 Würzburg, Germany, info@ausgeknipst.de, telephone: +49 15752638896) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://ausgeknipst.de/en/pages/widerruf-formular. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which the communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special notes
If you finance this contract by means of a loan and subsequently withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our involvement with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid being contractually bound as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement, if you have a right of withdrawal for it as well.
Different rule on return costs for Germany
We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels are provided to you for your return within Germany. If you use these return labels, the return is free of charge for you. A link to retrieve the return label is provided. You can hand in the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
