Description

The Half Frame Top Plate masks the exposure window to exactly 18×24mm – optimized for Olympus Pen, Canon Demi, and other half-frame cameras. Magnetic attachment allows switching between standard, half frame, and panorama in seconds.

Which set fits as a base depends on the film format: For 35mm and half frame, the Film Scanner Set 35mm is the right foundation – this Top Plate extends it with the half-frame mask.

Half-frame cameras expose two shots on one 35mm negative – turning a 36-exposure roll into 72 images. When digitizing, the 18×24mm masking pays off twice: no stray light at the edges, and each image is captured cleanly and individually.
