  • Focusing at short focal lengths: At focal lengths below 50 mm, the bellows extension is often insufficient—the 13 mm recessed mount (recession) moves the lens closer to the film plane and enables sharp enlargements at, for example, 28 mm, 35 mm, or 40 mm.
  • Replacement for the Durst Siriotub: Functional reproduction of the Durst AA 19.700 with a 78 mm diameter and identical Lapla/Siriotub mounting.
  • For common enlarger lenses: The M39 mount (x 1/26") fits Rodagon, Componon, EL-Nikkor, and other standard lenses.

Description

When working with short focal lengths on the Durst M605, M601, or M600, the bellows reaches its limit before the image comes into focus. This lens board moves the lens back by approximately 13 mm, providing the reduced distance to the film plane that you need for short focal lengths such as 28 mm, 35 mm, or 40 mm—even when the bellows is already fully compressed.

It serves as a direct replacement for the original Durst Siriotub lens board AA 19.700 and accommodates common enlarger lenses via the M39 thread.
