  • Focusing with short focal lengths: For focal lengths under 50 mm, the bellows extension is often not sufficient – the 13 mm recession moves the lens closer to the film plane and allows sharp enlarging at, for example, 28 mm, 35 mm, or 40 mm.
  • Replacement for the Durst Siriotub: Functional reproduction of the Durst AA 19.700 with a 78 mm diameter and identical Lapla/Siriotub mount.
  • For common enlarging lenses: The M39 mount (x 1/26") fits Rodagon, Componon, EL-Nikkor, and other standard lenses.

Description

For focal lengths under 50 mm, the bellows extension on Durst enlargers is often not enough to achieve proper focus. This lens board sets the lens back about 13 mm, restoring the distance to the film plane needed for short focal lengths like 28 mm, 35 mm, or 40 mm – even when the bellows is fully compressed.

It serves as a direct replacement for the original Durst Siriotub board AA 19.700 and accepts common enlarging lenses via the M39 thread.
