Description
This Bay II to 39 mm filter adapter fits twin-lens cameras with a Bay II bayonet on the taking lens, such as the Rolleiflex 3.5F (Type 1 to 5), the Rolleiflex 3.5E, the Rolleiflex 2.8A and the Rollei Magic I and II. It lets you screw standard 39 mm filters in front of your taking lens instead of searching for rare and often expensive original Bay II filters. The adapter is inserted into the bayonet in front of the taking lens.
This lets you shoot black and white with a yellow, orange, or red filter, or reduce reflections with a polarizing filter. Your camera remains in its original condition, and you gain access to a wide selection of new and used 39mm accessories.
Frequently asked questions
Which filters can I use? Standard screw-in filters with a 39 mm thread, such as yellow, orange or red filters for black and white, UV filters or a polarizing filter.
Do I have to modify the camera? No. The adapter locks into the Bay II bayonet of the taking lens, and the camera remains in its original condition.

Support a young startup
You want innovative solutions instead of mass-produced goods? With us, you don’t buy from an anonymous wholesaler, but directly from the founders. We (Anto & Vladi) started our startup in 2019 in Würzburg to help you revive analog photography.
Developed by engineers
Designed in Würzburg
We don’t sell anything we wouldn’t use ourselves. We are engineers and camera nerds, and we know that precision is especially important in camera technology. That’s why we design our parts ourselves in Würzburg, and we print and assemble most of them here too. Batteries and rechargeables come from other manufacturers, for example Varta.
