Your Zorki 3 or Zorki 4 needs a loose film spool inside—the take-up spool is not permanently installed in these Soviet rangefinder cameras. This small part is often missing when changing film or buying a used camera, for example at a flea market. This spool replaces the original part: the slot grips the film leader, allowing the film to advance and rewind again.
