Description

Power supply for the Hasselblad 500 EL series is often a problem because the original special batteries are hardly available anymore. We designed this battery adapter so the camera can run instead on five modern AAA batteries. Five NiMh cells at 1.2V each add up to the 6V the motor needs.

You can use the adapter with either one or two batteries: the camera works with one battery, and with two batteries, the runtime doubles.

Make sure your camera’s 1.6A fuse is intact. Charging is done exclusively externally, never via the camera’s original charger.
