Models like the 335, 350, or 450 have two battery compartments: one for the shutter, one for the electronic development timer. If you want to use both, you need two adapters. If you skip the timer, a single adapter for the exposure automation is enough.

The PX24 with 3 V (Eveready 532) and its characteristic snap connectors was long the standard for Polaroid Land Cameras of the Automatic series. Originals are now hardly found. With this adapter, you can continue to operate your camera with standard button cells that are widely available and affordable.
