M39 Lens Board for Meopta Axomat 4 & Opemus 3

Description

For the Meopta Axomat 4 and other older Meopta enlargers with 69 mm mount, this lens plate replaces the original M23.5 holder with a modern M39 thread. Those switching to modern lenses with M39 mount replace the original holder with this plate and continue to use their existing glass.

There are two versions. The flat standard plate fits classic 35mm enlarging with 50 mm lenses. The recessed plate (-13 mm) is designed for wide-angle lenses: with short focal lengths, the distance between lens and negative must be very small, and the recess helps achieve the focus point without the enlarger bellows being limited.
