Lens hood for Rolleicord, Rolleiflex, Yashica (Bay I)

Note: Not suitable for models with Bay II or Bay III (e.g. Rolleiflex 2.8 or 3.5 Planar/Xenotar).

Description

As a lens hood for your Yashica Mat 124G or another TLR with Bay I, you attach the hood directly to the inner bayonet of the lower taking lens. The hood minimizes reflections and provides richer blacks.

The version with a cold shoe adapter also provides a mounting option for an external light meter. The cold shoe is integrated directly into the hood, so you do not need an additional accessory rail.

Intended for occasional attaching and removing: If you remove the hood and put it back on very often, its bayonet wears down over time, and it then sits more loosely on the lens.
