Description

Many classic cameras like the Pentax Spotmatic SP 1000 were delivered without an accessory shoe on the prism. This adapter is installed on the viewfinder eyepiece and provides a standardized mount – for example, for compact light meters (e.g., Voigtländer VC Meter) or small flash units. Since the adapter has no electronic contacts, the flash is connected via the camera’s PC sync port.
