Description

Finding a replacement for the V74PX 15V battery is difficult. It is no longer manufactured and is no longer available anywhere. This adapter replaces the V74PX (also known as LP90, 10LR54, 504, MN154, or BLR154) 1:1: It holds 10 standard AG10 (LR54) button cells and delivers exactly the 15 volts provided by the original. You can get AG10 batteries at any drugstore. You are no longer dependent on overpriced remaining stock with barely any power left.

Measuring 34.9 mm x 15.1 mm, the adapter matches the dimensions of the V74PX and can be installed without further modification, for example in the Gossen Sixton exposure meter.

What do I need 15 volts for? The V74PX was the standard cell in older exposure meters and measuring devices that require high voltage at very low current. The adapter generates 15V from ten AG10 cells, which together provide the same voltage as the original.
