Filter adapter for Minox 35 GT, GT-E, ML, PL, PE, EL, GL (30.5 mm)

The Minox 35 comes with two different lens barrels, which is why the adapter comes in two versions. Choose the version that lists your model:

• Lens barrel 32 mm: Minox 35 GT, GT-E, GT-S, GT-X, GS-E, ML, MB, M.D.C., PL, PE, AL
• Lens barrel 31 mm: Minox 35 EL, GL

The two versions are not interchangeable: on the EL and GL the larger ring sits too loosely, and the smaller one won't fit onto the later models. The Minox 35 AF has no push-on barrel at all.

The Minox 35 has no filter thread from the factory. Minox sold its own push-on filters with an integrated lens hood for it, which today are only available used and at collector prices. On top of that, there is a pitfall: with the GT, the lens barrel changed, and since then there have been two filter sizes that are not interchangeable.

That's why the adapter is available for both designs, just like the original filters back then. Push it on, screw in any 30,5 mm filter, done. Filters in this size are easy to find, both new and used.
