Hood module M for 35mm film holder

• Blocks stray light from above: Light from above can otherwise reflect off the film surface and reduce contrast. The Geli 35 blocks this stray light.
• Extension for the 35mm set: An add-on for the Film Scanner Set 35mm that you can retrofit separately. It is already included in the Pro and Full Sets.
• Fits every 35mm Top Plate: Slides directly into the Top Plate via the Slide-In rail system and stays securely in place. Fits Standard, Half Frame, Panorama, and Sprocket.
• Adjustable to the lens length: Two Extension Tubes (40mm and 60mm) compensate for the lens height. Shorter lenses need more tubes, while longer lenses extend farther down and need fewer.

Description

Stray light from above falls onto the film and reflects off the surface. This reduces the contrast of your scans. The Geli 35 shields the film from this light before it reaches it.

You slide it directly into the Top Plate via the Slide-In rail system, where it stays securely in place. It fits all 35mm Top Plates – Standard (24×36mm), Half Frame (18×24mm), and Panorama X-Pan (24×82mm). Use the two Extension Tubes (40mm and 60mm) to adjust the height to your lens: shorter lenses need more tubes, while longer lenses extend farther down and need fewer.

In the test
