Good to know
Without a battery, the mechanical shutter still works at every speed including B. [3]
For exposures of 2, 4 or 8 seconds, set the main shutter speed dial to B and cock the additional slow-speed mechanism. [2]
Older Exakta lenses with an external automatic diaphragm release are operated via the left-hand shutter release. [2]
