Good to know
Without a battery, the shutter won’t fire and the motorized film advance won’t work. [2]
When you load a film, the camera pulls the whole roll onto the take-up spool; after each shot, the exposed frame is wound back into the cassette. [2]
The manual says infrared film must not be used. [2]
