Customs and taxes

No customs, intra-EU shipping. VAT is already included in the price. There are no additional costs upon delivery. Exception: Livigno and Campione d'Italia are not part of the EU VAT area. Taxes and customs clearance fees may be charged there on delivery and are paid by the recipient.

Processing and shipping

All our products are made to order; each item is made fresh for you and sent out on the next shipping day (Monday, Wednesday or Friday).

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:00 PM (CET)
• Cut-off: 1:00 PM (CET); orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped on the next shipping day

Example: Order placed on Monday at 2:00 PM → shipped on Wednesday at 4:00 PM.

For the USA, shipping is priced by order value: €36.90 for orders up to €39.99, €42.90 from €40.00 to €99.99, €54.90 from €100.00 to €199.99 and €64.90 from €200.00. All US customs duties and import taxes are included. If you pay in US dollars, you pay the equivalent at the current exchange rate.

Exceptions within the EU: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Livigno, Campione d'Italia and Büsingen are not part of the EU VAT area, so import taxes and fees may be charged there on delivery.

FAQ

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We produce all items to order. Processing takes 1–2 business days. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 16:00 CET.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email on the day your order ships. Track it at dhl.com/tracking.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

No, shipping from the EU to Italy is intra-EU. There are no customs duties or additional taxes. VAT is already included in the price. Exception: Livigno and Campione d'Italia are not part of the EU VAT area, so taxes and customs clearance fees may be charged on delivery.

My tracking hasn’t updated in a while. Is my order lost?

For standard shipping (Warenpost), tracking scans are less frequent. This is normal; your order is on its way. If tracking shows no updates for more than 2 weeks, contact us.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 30 days to return your order. For international returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us before returning the item to receive instructions.
