Die PX19 oder 531 ist eine ungewöhnliche Zelle, die oft in älteren Polaroid-Kameras verwendet wird. Es handelt sich um eine zylindrische Batterie mit einem Mini-Snap-Anschluss an jedem Ende (die gleiche Größe des Mini-Snap-Anschlusses wie bei der beliebten 9-Volt-PP3-Batterie). Die älteren Polaroid-Kameras Modelle: 100, 101, 102, 220, 225, 230, 240, 250 und 340 verwenden eine PX19 oder Nr. 531 (4,5 Volt) Alkalibatterie.
