Description & Instructions:

This adapter allows experimental photography with 120 medium format film in your Polaroid Land Camera. Please note that the process requires some manual work: The 120 film must first be rewound in the dark (e.g., in a changing bag) onto an empty spool so that the film end comes out first. After each shot, the film is manually advanced by pulling out the backing paper. About 6 panorama shots are possible per roll. For more details see here.
