For the Varta Recharge Accu Power 2600, the manufacturer states 35 mΩ at 1 kHz. That's not quite the top, but a long way from the cheap class, and at a fraction of the Eneloop Pro price. The 2600 instead of 2800 mAh printed on them is honest, too: independent tests measure around 2550 mAh at 0.2 A, while cheap high-capacity cells often stay 10 to 14 percent below their rating.
