The PX625 battery adapter holds type 675 zinc-air cells from the drugstore, which drop to around 1.35V under the light meter's tiny load. Rollei 35SE and 35TE require the 5.6V PX27 battery. The PX27 battery adapter brings four SR44 batteries to the height of the original cell; together, they provide 6.2V. With the cover attached, the protective case darkens the measuring cell and thus stops power consumption.
