We ship directly from Germany to Italy via Deutsche Post and DHL. Every order includes a tracking number.

General shipping information

Processing and shipping

All our products are made to order — each item is produced on the day of the order.

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:00 PM (CET)
• Cut-off: 1:00 PM (CET) — orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next shipping day

Example: Order placed Monday at 2:00 PM → shipped Wednesday at 4:00 PM.

• DHL Premium — Faster and fully tracked shipping for larger orders

Every order includes a tracking number, automatically sent by email on the day of shipment.

Note: For standard shipping (Warenpost), tracking updates may be less frequent during transit, but delivery times are the same as premium shipping.

Delivery times

All times include 1–2 days of processing. Delays may occur during customs clearance, especially for non-EU destinations.

Customs, duties and taxes

Important: For all non-EU destinations (except USA where we ship DDP), the buyer is responsible for customs duties, local taxes, and courier handling fees upon delivery. These costs are set by your country's customs authority and the courier — they are beyond our control.

We always declare the correct value on customs forms. No under- or over-declaration.

Lithium batteries are excluded from international shipping due to transport regulations.

FAQ

How long does it take before my order is shipped?

We produce all items to order. Processing takes 1–2 business days. We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:00 PM CET.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email on the day of shipment. Track it at dhl.com/tracking.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

No — shipping from the EU to Italy is intra-EU. There are no customs duties or additional taxes. VAT is already included in the price.

My tracking hasn't updated for a while — is my order lost?

For standard shipping (Warenpost), tracking scans are less frequent. This is normal — your order is on its way. If tracking shows no updates for more than 2 weeks, contact us.

Can I return my order?

Yes — you have 30 days to return your order. For international returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact us before returning to receive instructions.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Check the shipping cost table above. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will check if we can ship there.
